He said he didn't do nuffin. Isn't that good enough?

This guy is total trash.

I think the facebook post indicated that the "alleged" perpetrator also locked the bathroom door which would've prevented anyone from assisting the victim during the robberry. If this is the case, hopefully the DA can use this to add another charge.

Why is the bond so low?

I would think the DA could add a kidnapping charge.

when do they run background checks on people that work for or contract for LSU?

A thought: the last 2 BAMA games at LSU I had no tickets but paid guys at the gate $200 to get in.

Clearly they're not hiring the best people.

Just wondering how many times this has worked and how many times have you had to offer before finding someone to take you up on it. Did $200 get only you in or you and a guest?

Maybe he thought it was a BLM/Antifa zone?

Yeah because 19 year old thugs really follow current events and get all into politics.

I would bet he has no idea what Antifa is.

The charge of second degree robbery is appropriate given the facts that have come out. Assault is a threat to do bodily harm to someone, and the penalty, relative to the other possible charges, is the least severe. When the offender actually makes contact with the victim, that is a battery. Second degree battery (without a weapon) is punishable by up to 8 years.

In this case, when you have a battery and the offender actually takes something from the victim, then crime is classified as a robbery. The penalty for robbery is the most severe of these types of crimes. In this case, the potential sentence for second degree robbery is up to 40 years, with at least 3 served without suspension or probation.

Based on the facts that have been presented, the current charge is the most severe.

if he had a record im surprised he passed the background check. you have to check in every game and they run your license before you are able to checkin. i always get flagged as someone has same name or birthday as me. i go to a second area to get the ok to work.

They are not checking to see if you have a record but looking for an active warrant for your arrest or sex offender. I know of people with serious convictions such as murder and robbery that work cleaning up at LSU during games

You are correct.

My friend had an employment agency and they would e verify, active warrants, drug test was a quick swab test unless specified, and only a few clients asked for criminal background checks.
