Arkansas Sheriff's Department Offers Free Testing of Meth for Coronavirus Contamination

For April Fools day a few years ago a NC radio show did a news broadcast saying that the state received a grant and they were buying back illegall drugs at twice the street value. All you had to do was to drop it off at the nearest city hall.

A few years back, people with unpaid traffic citations and warrants were sent letters saying they had won tickets to the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, etc. When they showed up and presented ID, they were hooked and booked. Officers outside were actually giving out balloons to the people about to be arrested.
