We plan to split time between CO and FL Keys at some point. We like Boulder quite a bit. I think Fayetteville is beautiful, but I couldn’t see myself investing in property there. The insurances, taxes, rental demand, made Boulder a better choice.

If 1997 Austin, Texas had a baby with 1997 Denver, Colorado the baby would be Northwest Arkansas/Fayetteville.
