A little discretion and common sense goes a looooong way.
Unfortunately, both are in short supply these days.

Yet another thing, at the very beginning, when she went through the intersection and the cop turns to pursue, she is like instantly gone far from sight by the time the cop turns to follow, she must have been doing damn 90 at that point.

She went straight in a turn lane (to pass the cars ahead of her). She wasn't driving in the wrong lane.
Did she almost hit the cop or not? Was the light to go straight red, or not? The green turn signal was only for left turns, did she turn left?
At the :29 second mark of the video did she run a white truck off the road, by going into his lane, or not?
You're dancing around like Michael Jackson. She didn't drive in the wrong lane.
If it were a human instead of a dog, would you feel the same way. Why are you avoiding this question?

You are too fricking stupid for words.
A reasonable and expected result of one’s actions on one hand, and you’re so brain damaged you’re talking about meteors?
fricking dumbass.

A good prosecutor offers misdemeanor resisting and a non moving traffic ticket. Move along, nothing to see here.

I've been told that Arkansas State Troopers don't give a shite about anyone or anything. I guess it was true.
100% true.
I've been pulled over for going 9 over on the interstate by ASP, and given a $200 ticket
.... while on the job as law enforcement

This, pretty much.
If there's clearly nobody at an intersection, frick that light.

Yes. She should have pulled over & explained to the PO what was going on. That one moment may have ended the pets life but FPS don’t ignore a cop with lights and sirens. Now she is in jail and not there for her dogs end of life moments.

You are saying foolish things. Good veterinary clinics have supplies on hand for just such situations. Want to know how I know?

It’s not a question of “supplies.”
It’s a question of having the staffing with appropriate to be able to drop everything to stabilize the pet enough to be able to crash into surgery.
Most clinics simply can’t do it.
For someone claiming I’m the one saying foolish things, your comment about “supplies” makes me think you confuse ability to do surgeries with being able to provide acute surgical trauma care where the animal will be dead in minutes without treatment.

First cause it’s not football season yet. Second, when my dads health went on a downward spiral and when he died I just lost a little interest in football last year. It’s not the same with him not around to talk about the Dawgs and his insights

"You're gonna cut off traffic because your dog is dying?! Are you kidding me?!"
This is such a disconnect. That's my friend. Of course I am.
Are there people who wouldn't?

I answered it already. I would feel the same
Now answer my question did a white truck have to leave his lane to avoid a head-on collision with this emotional female? Look extra close at the 29 second mark. She would have killed that driver, and the dog would have died anyway

My dad tells that exact story about my birth, got pulled over going 80 in 55 - said he got out of car and yelled to cop, unless you can deliver a baby let me go, says cop responded - follow me and had blue lights leading him to hospital

I got pulled over once for driving like a bat out of hell while trying to
Avoid an PI that was tracking me.
I explained to to the cop that I was an attorney involved in helping a women involved in a domestic violence situation and the abusive husband (a former good friend), was having me followed everywhere and he had already sprayed my house with bullets for which there was a police report and the chief was aware of the situation.
I did not get a ticket and they said just go to police station if he did it again. Crazy times, she eventually went back to him of course. They eventually got divorced, and he killed his girlfriend (ruled an accident) and then died of fentanyl poisoning

4 downvotes for bootlickers. It’s not hard to scan a situation and realize it’s not a gun to head type thing. Police act like they’re in the middle east fighting for cover. They don’t even crack the top 10 but they seem like they are at war daily. Tell that to the logger getting wood for you to build your shed or the lineman making hot connections.
