Why in the generation of the gun pertinent to the story?

So you can know he did the 15+1 dance, then went to hell.

If he’s convicted, hopefully Trump or Governor Sanders will immediately pardon him.

It’s just that he is a POS. Nothing else.

Does it mention the corruption in that police department and the fact that the dead piece of shite was a former cop (I think) and was friends with a bunch of the people in the PD?

There was also a gag order placed on the case, which has since been dissolved. In my opinion, it was not enough vigilantism, and this man should get a loaded gun amd a free turn with whoever is trying to keep all of this under wraps because they also put his daughter in grave danger.

I’m with the dad 100%! Anyone touches a hair on my kids head is getting first class tickets straight to hell by my hand. Pedos all need to be wiped from the face of the earth!

Absolutely not. He should be rewarded. Not sentenced. His court costs should also be reimbursed.

Guess we know the fake lawyer is looking for the pedo family to represent in a “wrongful death” lawsuit

is a long read from CNN and does mention Gary Plauche. If I was on the jury, I would be guilty of jury nullification and I would be proud of it. LINK

I didn’t see anything.

As soon as he bonded out, there would have been a hole and a few bags of lime waiting for him.

Because we have seen plenty of false allegations of sexual abuse (involving minors and non-minors).

The previous arrest isn't enough to go murder the guy in cold blood. Having the daughter in the car late at night after the previous arrest is, if the guy came at him with "something in his hand".

Legally and logically speaking.

It's the killers word against....a dead guy that allegedly raped and who definitely took his daughter (thus essentially proving the initial charges).

Let's hear the evidence that this was simply vigilantism, councilor.

I think we discussed this case at length at the time of the arrest and IIRC, the issue was too much vigilantism, including a car chase.

That’s my recollection too. That’s why he was arrested.

But prosecutors have complete control over what cases to prosecute and could drop this charge anytime and nobody would even be mad except for the pedo’s family. A good prosecutor would take this to a grand jury and have the grand jury no bill it.

I wonder what the daughter's story is and if contradicts dad's and that's why the charges.

I refuse to believe that if her story matched his that any prosecutor, certainly not in Arkansas, would say frick all that, let's hammer this nail anyway.

Pay him an award, hold a parade, and name a freaking street in his honor. Not guilty. If I was the DA, there wouldn't even be charges.

You ask what kind of person would subscribe to CNN. It is called freedom of speech. What kind of person would support a president who would renege on his promise to release the Epstein files, transfer the convicted pedophile who helped Epstein in his crimes to a country club prison, talk about his ability to pardon her if he wanted and then tell anyone who signed the discharge petition that they were hostile to him? In other words, why is he covering it up and if you support Trump in this instance then you are complicit in allowing pedophiles to flourish in the dark.

This dude is fricking pissed.

Love shoehorning in the first amendment in reply to who would pay for CNN
