Guy kidnapped a child and had abused said child, and endangered said child with the intent to cause more harm while breaking a court order restraining order. Sounds like Arkansas says it's ok to blast this guy and I'm ok with that.

Arkansas should calculate the cost of warehousing the pedo for life and split the difference with the dad. Dad ought to be rewarded, not punished.
