Not unless you want to get fired, unless it's in your contract

They're going to find out. You're simply fired man. Start looking for a new gig in a new industry if your role requires driving for it.

Stop getting paid now....or when they find out for themselves. Seems like a no-brainer to me

I once worked with a guy in NOLA who got a DWI on the Northshore on a Friday night and sat in jail until a week after the following Sunday. Dude strolled into the office that Monday morning, 10+ days later, like nothing had happened.

Most employee manuals contain language regarding arrest. Ours says a person has 24 hrs to notify his/her supervisor.

Buy as many powerball tix as you can with your final paycheck. Win the lottery. Never work again. Never have to drive drunk again. Beat the system in more ways than one.

I've represented a lot of employers. Some will give you a break (and some require it) if you self-report. Others will fire you.

If you drive company vehicles, they will find almost certainly find out.

Absolutely

Your first phone call while you're in jail is to notify your employer. Second is a friend to bail you out
