I’ve called in 4 drunk drivers and would call in more if given the opportunity.

If uber is available, their limit should be 0.
I only say that because when you try and judge your own limit, mistakes can be made.

No, because the penalties have become very disproportionate. Also, the cops in most places are just another gang, and I don't want to help fund their stupid helicopters and AR-PenisExtenders.

It’s 2019. It’s not cute to talk about how drunk you were driving home. All of my points are cliche but absolutely true. If you are a-hole enough to make a-hole choices then you deserve what you get and my conscience will be clear.

A fat ticket and traffic school is a lot cheaper than a vehicular manslaughter charge and you spending the rest of you life wish you had called a fricking Uber or your family watching them lower your casket 6 feet under.

I never snitch on anything, but this wouldn’t be snitching if you’re possibly saving her life or someone else’s. It’s called doing the right thing. Maybe approach her first and explain the situation. If she doesn’t want to listen to your warning, then call it in.

I agree, but it takes a lot to get me to call the cops. Maybe there are circumstances where I'd do it, but it would take a lot more than seeing some tipsy chick with access to a vehicle.

I got a DUI when I was 22. I deserved it and I’m just happy no one got hurt.

I’ve called the cops on two drivers. One was weaving all over the highway. It was really bad. Another was passed out sleeping at an intersection.

I suppose that might have been a medical emergency but either way I needed to call it in.

Yeah I’d call. Not worth her life, or mine, or anyone else’s. Too easy to not drink and drive nowadays

Wrong.

Photo camera fines are disproportionate.. Drinking and driving penalties aren’t strong *enough*... Drinking & driving (whether drunk or buzzed) needs to be stigmatized waaay more than it currently is.. just look at some of the comments on this board; some of the fricking morons here look at making it home trashed as some sort of badge of honor.. And i know people who somehow think they ‘drive better after a couple beers’.. freaking scumbags.

I know. The reason I got pulled over is for a broken side mirror. Some fat bitch knocked it off while I was parked. It is what it is.

ETA: lots of high horse sitting mother frickers in this thread. I’m gonna pray for y’all in church.

How about this? She has a 5 mile drive home and lives 3 houses down from you, but you don’t know her. Your daughter is also getting in her car to come up to the store and get a coke and some chips. She’s got to pass said drunk woman on her way to the store, and hope drunk woman is in her lane. Would that make you call? The potential that one of your children is about to get in a head on with a chick who was too cheap to call an Uber? Now, it’s not your kid, but I love mine as well. I would hope you would be willing to protect my 16 year old as you would your’s if you saw her in harm’s way. That’s the decent thing to do.

Hell yeah. I’ve had a boss killed and a next door neighbor killed by drunk drivers. Also have a neighbor/friend of my children who suffered permanent brain damage as a teen from a drunk driver. Frick drunk drivers.
