They were already slaves before they were brought here. America didn’t make them slaves. An African war lord did.

Agreed. Bad choice of words. I meant the wealth gap that exists between black people and white people overall. Black kids are much more likely to grow up in poverty as compared to a white child.

That's what I was addressing with my post. With more thriving black businesses, that gap can begin to decrease, even if just a little bit

I think google is really just doing people a favor. If you follow the internet news much, you see stories sometimes about black cooks spitting in white peoples food at restaurants. Now if you're not familiar with the area, you know which restaurants and neighborhoods to avoid.

It's actually the mainstream media and big tech like google, facebook, and twitter that's hurting blacks. Most whites in my city like blacks fine. But msm and big tech are the ones calling us racist. I guess b/c of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. What percentage of people is actually going to look for a black owned business to spend at, just b/c google says they are black?

Could it be the 78% illegitimacy rate for their race? Single parentage means almost certain poverty for any race.
Cultcha been keeping the black man down since 1968.

Completely ignore that shite. If some place has great food at a reasonable price. That’s where I’m headed. I could give a shite what color the owner is.

LBJ was the first president to tap Social Security funds for something other than pensions. It’s how he paid for the Vietnam War.

Doing so set a terrible precedent which has been bleeding SS dry for decades. If you’re under 50, you can expect to receive about 75% of what you should....and you’ll get it at a later age.

I love Chattanooga and think it is a very underrated southern city, but it has its problems like any other major city does.

I was just in Chattanooga and we wanted to go to a cigar bar, so my wife googled the highest rated cigar bar and it lead us to the ghetto. We walked in and it was like that scene from Animal House. We were the only white people there and they sure were shocked to see us

I think google is giving you results for black owned businesses whether you request them or not.

Pretty much all cigar bars are going in this direction.

All starts at home. No family unit.
Dads are non existent.

When you depend on big bro programs, pastor cravens, school and ymca to raise your kids this is what you get.

Poor people living off streets abs the govt.

But BLM don’t want to talk about that .It’s the mean white man.

Office Depot has a "Would you like to donate to black owned business?" When you check out. I guess it's black history month related.

Imagine not understanding that boycotting a feature like this has nothing to do with a specific race and everything to do with the fact that the feature is racist.

Yes, I do agree with all of that. But having more black business owners is a good thing. It's a positive for the community, and that has nothing to do with the mean white man as you just said.
