1990s were better. No pandemics, no forever wars, no surveillance state.

I'd take the 20th century over the 21st any day of the week.

That damned Y2K ruined everything.

If you are over 30 and saying this, you're the idiot. If you're under 30, you're excused and you'll never know what you missed in the 70s and 80s.

I believe that was the first major act of ridiculousness influenced by social media.

Our President just subtly threatened a nuclear strike on his own people, but yeah, everything is great.

What do you think is more likely, that Biden is itching to nuke Americans or that he's a dumbass walking relic with cognitive decline who has no idea how to tactfully make a point?

Again, turn off the news.

We certainly have our problems, but I think the 24 hour hyper partisan news cycle has the average person thinking we are living in the end times when we are actually living in a pretty incredible period in world history.

Biden said:

“The second amendment from the day it was passed limited who could have what weapons. You couldn’t buy a cannon. To all the idiots talking about needing guns and and the blood of liberty and the blood of Patriots and and you know those who say needing to move against the government and watering the tree of liberty…. You don’t need guns to take on the government, you need F14s … and maybe some nukes. The point is the government has always been able to limit the type of weapon owned and who could own it.”

Here’s the clip

I mean, I 100% disagree with him re: the Second Amendment, but the bolded portion isn't exactly inaccurate. And I didn't in any way construe what he said as threatening to nuke the populace. I see it as him saying "the US Government is a giant fricking behemoth, and there's no way you can take us in conventional warfare".

You mean when kids were getting drafted to fight in the jungle of Vietnam and there was another super power in the world that was hostile to us?

Biden can’t think for himself. He’s a puppet and a pathetic excuse for a leader. But he does occasionally accidentally let some truth he’s heard from his masters slip.

Outside of the hyper partisan news cycle these are some truths we are currently facing that have been slowly getting worse the last 2 decades that we need to get under control because they will erode the future we leave our children and grandchildren:

Inflation
Manufacturing dependence
Energy independence
Border security
Federal government overreach
Lack of any sort of vetting in local and state elections

OK, no argument there. I hate Biden. Still doesn't mean he's mulling nuking Americans. That's the cable news talking.

Great Britain told the colonies the same thing. Shut up and accept our rules. If you try and fight us you’ll lose because we’re more powerful and you’re nothing.

The US Government should not be in the business of threatening its citizens and reminding them that they can take your rights at will and there’s nothing you can do about it. The government works for the people. Not the other way around. They forgot that. America is the greatest country on earth specifically because of our freedom from government intervention in our daily lives enshrined in and protected by our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Biden just told citizens that if they honestly believe the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of Patriots and tyrants he has nukes and and an air force that will ensure the blood of the tyrants isn’t spilled. That’s what he meant.

Yikes. He's as cringy to listen to as Trump was.

Hillary Lovers caused Trump.

Trump Lovers caused Biden.

This is a circular circus of dumb frickery.
