The ring leader baw is definitely not wrong. He’s pretty spot on and that was 11 years ago. That was also a spot on analysis for the 20 years previous to 2008.

I remember those post Katrina years. People were marching on Poydras to try to save the 1940s barracks style projects that were uninhabitable and extremely dangerous, and had been for decades. Some people just don't know what's good for them.
