It’s a dick move dumping a dog, but unless you’re some kind of vegan, it’s hypocritical to get so emotional over an animal.

Not kidding when I say this man - Thank you and bless you . People who extend compassion and love to animals are truly the best people there are . I’m proud of you man.

No one else thinks this dude is making this up? Not sure why anyone would make up such a detailed story.. although I've known some to do it. An offshore workers kid is bragging about his family abandoning a dog to get a husky at school? Don't think so. Everyone enjoy though

If you don't believe that someone would do that, you've lived a very sheltered life.

I mean, it's not like anyone has drowned young animals in a pillowcase before, because it was too hard to sit in the Wal-Mart parking lot and find homes for them. Or maybe spay their dog or cat in the first place.

I've seen trailer trash asshats do much more stupid things than dump one dog so they can bring another one home. I can hear the conversation now. "Tell Bubba Jr I said that I ain't bringing no damn dog home till he finds something to do with that old flea-bit bitch that's tied up in the yard now!"

It makes me sick. I find dogs all the time where I live north of Lafayette. I already have two. One I got for free from a farmer who was going to drop a litter off at the shelter and the other I found while hunting. The one I found while hunting is a little terrier mix...she was 7 lbs with fleas and ticks covering her. She is now 14 lbs ( and not overweight). Sweetest dog ever, doesn't shite or piss inside, I can't imagine why anybody would dump her. I put signs up and everything.

I've really noticed a lot of men on this board are so insecure about their wives/gfs being around with other men and boys and it really jumps out at you in posts like this where they mock other men for letting it happen like with what we see in the OP.

If she's going to cheat on you, she's going to cheat on you and you should just dump the whore and move on at that point. Real simple, not this insecure projecting bullshite.

Do you even offshore bro?

Not a vegan. I’ve actually spent a significant amount of time overseas wearing the camo. I love bacon, steak, and pussy; but I just don’t share that “it’s just a goddam dog” attitude. Grew up hunting and all that, but there’s room for compassion also. I think it’s pretty low IQ to blanket emotion in one way or lack thereof in another- there should be room for diverse concepts & levels of emotion if you’re reasonably intelligent. Maybe it was my own dog getting run over as a kid, but I’ve never really been cool with people mistreating dogs.
