Are there any natural remedies to balding?

I can't even comb over anymore. Looks awful. Here I am trying to lose weight and my body yet again betrays me.
Does Keeps, Rogaine, minoxdil, work. I tried the dht shampoos. I stopped washing hair and wearing a cap all the time. Didnt work either. Someone told me finasteride will have many irreversible side effects. Also really expensive. I didnt think dudes balded till their 40s. I dont want to lose all me hair.

My... friend... told me that the finasteride side effects are very rare and he told me that he's never had any issues with them.
He also told me he got a 90 day prescription for $10 at Costco

Knew a guy that had a Big Ern McCracken combover. Kind of carried himself like Detective Sipowicz with a face like Beaker from the Muppets.
