You could always get some blood work done to see if something is triggering your hairloss
I know a woman who had a bad case of hairloss because of a thyroid problem

Do you have any skills? You know, like nunchuck skills, bow hunting skills, computer hacking skills. Girls only like guys who have great skills.

Yes....because people that are bald choose to be that way.

Its tough, but you're going to have to bite the bullet and just shave it. I recommend the Pit Bull head shaver.
Good news is, if you workout and get big, you can look like a badass.
Good luck, and God bless.

I’ve been shaving my head since I was 18. That was 21 years ago. Never had any problems with girls.
It’ll be alright, I promise(I get this is probably a troll).

Someone told me finasteride will have many irreversible side effects
“Someone” is not a doctor I guarantee you, because a doctor/dermatologist would have told you the side effects are statistically insignificant. A doctor would tell you side effects occur in 1.9% of men who take it, but those same side effects occur in 1.7% of men in the control group/general population every day. So you’ve got a 2 in 1,000 chance of experiencing any side effects from taking the drug versus just being a man. Finasteride combats balding in the front of the head only.
A doctor would’ve also recommended/prescribed a combination of tretinoin (Retin-A) and minoxidil for top to rear balding, applied about 30 minutes apart once a day.
These 2 options are the best ever invented and have decades of research and success behind them. Finasteride costs less than $5 per month and minoxidil is about $10 per month.
Unfortunately for you, with balding the best defense is a good offense. I’ve been using both since the first signs of recession in my early 20s and look better now than I did then. If you’re dealing with combovers now, it’s probably too late.

Go to a doctor and get real advice instead of misinformation from the public’s collective ignorance about balding. The solutions are well established and easily affordable (Finasteride has been generically available for many years and minoxidil has always been otc.)
I’m sure you’d be happy to pay less than $200/year to keep the hair you have today, and probably grow some back too. Nobody wants to be bald, despite what all these bald liars say on TD, and you probably waste more money on crap that makes you look unattractive than you’d spend dealing with your baldness.

Well judging from your previous threads....... even the fullest, most beautiful hair in the world couldn’t help you. So don’t worry about it.

Finnasteride is super cheap. The name brand Propecia is expensive.
I get that but damn, I had no clue it was so cheap at Costco. Finnasteride at CVS is still almost $60
Posted on 1/31/20 at 3:32 pm to Boo Krewe
You don’t need health insurance for any of this, man. If you can’t spend the cost of an annual visit to a dermatologist and $56 a YEAR at Costco out of your pocket to buy the medicine, you don’t want to do anything. I paid $14 and change for 90 pills every 3 months, you could too if you really wanted to.
Posted on 1/31/20 at 3:34 pm to GoIrish02
people have told me that it affects your sperm count or whatever. thank you, i will look into costco.

Yeah they both help. Just not a 100% cure.
Transplants work, but they're expensive and uncomfortable.
If the surgeon isn't skilled and careful, it can look pretty goofy and obvious. On the other hand, if well done it's practically a surefire remedy.

They use finasteride, minoxidil, ketoconazole shampoo, and some needle roller thing in combination.
