People aren’t walking around touching the floor with Coronavirus. But wheelchair bound people probably have generally dirty hands

There are people with manual chairs, there are people with electric wheelchairs. Electric wheelchairs are mostly controlled by a joystick, but there are people who can't move anything below their neck so they have something for them to do it with their head.
