The ultimate answer will depend on the field of study
Lay is equal or better than many out of state schools in many areas. Weaker in ofhers.
But still it depends.
If they want to ultimately work in Louisiana, there’s a lot to be said for staying in state.
You’d have to answer the question of what field they’ll be studying.
staying in state to be a nurse or physicians assistant (PA) is drastically different than out of state so it makes zero sense to go out of state. LSU does those things well anyway.
So what field is it?
