Literally the worst combo of macros imaginable.
High carbs, high fat.

Most likely, you’ll burn off the carbs, but store the fat.

Only in a alternative life can we eat donuts everyday without dying..

Donuts are cake but some marketing genius said hey if we put a hole in the middle we can call it a breakfast food.

Only liberal SJWs say bread is bad.

when I was in the best shape of my life, physically and aesthetically, I would eat 12 Krispy Kreme donuts once a week.

I was 5’10 185 and a six pack. Could run a sub 6 mile and deadlift 550 pounds. I swore that the donuts were my fuel because I would eat them on a Sunday and then set a couple gym PRs the next day. Of course, it really was because I was 22 and worked out 12 hours/week while eating incredibly strict the other 6 days of the week.

Now I’m fat so I guess it caught up to me. I miss those days

frick they are so bad I got too old to eat them.

I realized I needed real breakfast and every time I eat them I feel sooooo shitty after I gave up.

They really are so fricking terrible for you.

They really are, I rarely eat them.

Luckily I can’t eat sweet for breakfast.

Not a fan of donuts. Or anything sweet in the morning minus coffee

Is this an idiotic question or a ridiculous statement? Burning them off is sort of the problem. I'm too tired to explain.
