Any opinions on worst/most dangerous stretches of road?

I'm guessing I45 between Houston and Dallas is up there

Drive. Set up and break down. Engineers fly in and take care of the technician stuff. The broadcaster is in charge of staffing on game day.

I drive solo with one other unit. NASCAR, NFL, PGA, NCAA Basketball, NHL. I have an MMA fight at the White House on my schedule but that is not confirmed. I have yet to team drive but it is a possibility depending on the schedule. 21/7 rotation. Fly to and from the truck.

Paging Horsemeat
Checking in.
Been driving OTR for 11 of my 15 years now, short sting at AG in BR for a few years but the pay didn't keep up with cost of living. Been at the same OTR company for 9 years now, just hit a million miles with em even with taking off 2 years for cancer treatment.
Industry sucks now and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody unless they were in a situation like I was - drowning in debt and can throw everything in storage to minimize expenses and live out there. I see guys out here that have family back home and you can see how much being on the road 90% of the year eats their soul away.

Being a road driver is no way to start a family or keep one. I drive locally. In and out of the truck and office for over 25 years now. I used to run regionally and did Bham to Dallas twice a week for a few years. I graduated college with a teaching degree, but never used it. As someone mentioned, most who love doing it don’t work well with others so it’s perfect.
