Different eyes, eyebrows, nose, cheeks, mouth, ears and chin but other than that they are exactly the same.

They don't look similar. Amy Adams is unmistakable. I'm not very up on my celebs, but can identify her the second she comes on screen. Not sure what it is, but she has a very unique look.
