Arby’s worker threw hot grease on a customer

Police said around 3:15 p.m. officers received a call about an altercation between an Arby's customer and an employee.
When they arrived at the restaurant, officers learned that an employee had thrown hot grease on a customer who was in the drive-thru.
Hueytown Fire and Rescue crews responded, began treatment, then took the victim to UAB hospital for further treatment of burns.
An Arby’s spokesperson said the employee was immediately terminated and the company is fully cooperating with police.

Lol, you've never worked a customer service job, have you? When I worked retail, there wasn't a single day where someone didn't get cussed out by some control freak, most of the time over something they personally had no control over. People are assholes, which is why you don't get the same level of customer service anymore in stores. It's more rare for someone to be decent in a situation where they don't get their way. I don't even blame kids for acting like jerks anymore, it's learned behavior.
