The wife does it in a morning tea to help suppress appetite. She says it works

I used to do a shot of it but my wife said I was slowly burning my esophagus. So now I mix a shot glass full.....my pawpaw's old shot glass....he's turning in his grave....with half a glass of water and a shot of honey. Tastes great.

I use it on salad for a different taste........

Balsamic is preferred, but has way too much sugar for my diet.

is awesome on ribs!!!

Coat them in a dry rub.
Spray some apple cider vinegar on them.
Wrap in aluminum foil.
Smoke on grill for 6-8 hours.
Meat just falls off the bone.

A friend turned me on to this salad dressing from the Zero Belly Diet, it is incredibly tasty and easy to make:

Zero Belly Vinaigrette:

• 1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar

• 2/3 cup olive oil

• 1½ tsp Dijon mustard

• 1½ tsp honey

• 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
