Call the police and ask them to perform a wellness check. Tell them what’s going on. They can get him to the hospital for eval/treatment. He needs to be PECd and admitted to a psych unit to get back on his meds.
You might be able to go to the coroners office and take out a Coroners Emergency Certificare but probably not- they usually want the person doing that to have more direct knowledge of the person’s functioning.
