I'm reallllly ready for young men to start wearing properly-tailored pants again

...most "young men" don't have the means for tailoring. $200-300+ is steep for a single pair of pants.

My dad wears crazy socks everyday. I'm not even sure why. He didn't wear them when he was younger. He retired and just said frick it I guess

He got older and realized he would be an idiot if he kept worrying about that.

I meant that interchangeably with properly-fitting. They're not buying high-water pants because they can't afford better.

If the office is business-casual, whatever. But if it's a serious/conservative office, wearing pants so that your socks purposely show is childish and unprofessional IMO.

I wear Stance socks every day. I don't have any with cartoons or pro athletes though.

I do believe wearing them helped me get my current job. When I interviewed with the executive director...we were wearing the same pair.
When he noticed, he literally quit asking me interview questions and started selling me on the job.

Yeah. I have some turtle socks that I wear. Also some sloth socks. A bunch of others with different designs. Gotta keep something interesting.

It doesn't matter how well fitting my pants are. My socks are going to occasionally show when I am sitting down. It would actually take very poor fitting pants for them not to.

I do and have for 15 years or so. I’m in sales and it’s an easy conversation piece. I don’t wear cartoon characters or goofy stuff like that but very colorful for sure.
