I prefer Popeyes to KFC

I wonder what Cartman would say about that sandwich?

You're obviously not going to blow up or get diabetes from trying one sandwich.

If you eat shite like this on the regular, well...

I'll take 1 with 2 large sides: 1) Insulin injection; 2) defibrillator.

Diabeetus!!

Seriously..we have some fat fricks in this country. I’m ashamed someone would actually think of eating this.

I was actually surprised to learn the other day that donuts don't have as many carbs as you might suspect.

For instance if you cut the donut in half to make a sandwich out of it, it would have less carbs than a sandwich with 2 pieces of white bread. Crazy.

Ha ha, I am the same measurements, except 5'7.5" depending on how much yoga I incorporate into my light weight lifting.

But, Denver does not have hardly any KFCs to make this experience available.

Was it good?

This is the same company that brought us a chicken sandwich in which the buns were actually fried chicken breasts

Years ago some buds and I were at the Walk Ons in Nola and this type of sandwich was their special used with Krispy Kreme. I can’t remember if it was chicken or a burger as the meat but my friend tried it. Says it was good but that dude is like a garbage disposal. I can’t imagine the amount of work to burn off those calories.

It’s not the carbs that will make you fat necessarily. It’s the oils and sugars. Let’s not forget about insulin resistance.

I need to go to the gym just thinking about this “food.”
