I bet you’re overweight, have a shitty diet, and have terrible sleep hygiene…. But sure
I wish that was true because it would be really easy to fix.
Instead, I am healthy with a wonderful family and career. Everything is ideal from that perspective. Mental health is a thing, though, and you sound like someone that lacks compassion. Likely do to insecurities and unhappiness.

From the time I was about 14 or so until I graduated high school I did not sleep more than a 3-4 hours a day. I have had similar periods since but none that long. I sleep about 5-6 hours a day normally, have almost never been able to sleep more than 7-8. It ain't healthy according to all studies...the body does not heel damage done during the day without sleep.
On the subject do women sleep more soundly than men in your experience? My wife and kids can sleep through anything. They can also go to sleep anywhere and at the drop of a hat. I know I am a light sleeper....any slight noise or change in the amount of light in the room....say a phone getting a text....will wake me up completely. I think this is a male instinct to protect his family and one among many reasons men do not live as long as women.

I take 100mg of tes through auto pen every week. It’s about a half a CC. Sleep instantly and stay asleep now. More energy during the day probably more so from the sleep than the tes. Less moody. It was a game changer.
My levels were a little low all my parts still worked and had drive but little did I know it was affecting other things till I started taking it and saw the changes

I haven't read the thread. Maybe it's been suggested, but passion flower with magnesium changed my life.
Also synchronizing brainwaves with noise canceling buds listening to binaural beats at .05 hz to 8 hz can induce sleep. All on YouTube.
Good luck

I take 3mg of melatonin and count backwards from 1000.
It slowly takes my mind off of everything else.

Take magnesium glycinate a couple hours before bed. You’ll sleep like a champ. YW
