It’s not specifically for sleep, but sermorelin has done wonders.
Precision K9 Shaping- Gaston is awesome. It’s not cheap but well worth the money.

Thanks for the input. Not my idea. I’m just getting more information to have a better conversation with him. I’m not in favor of it because he does stay so busy.
Teaching child guitar?
Posted by Brickma on 11/29/23 at 4:04 am
My 10 year old is interested in learning to play guitar in spare time. What’s the best way to get started? He stays busy with other extra circulars, so not really looking to take lessons if other avenues are beneficial learning basics to see if he catches on. Thanks
Pinnacle Exterior Construction quoted me 20K for roughly 140 linear feet and height of wall varies from 3-5’. They use wood instead of retaining wall block, so I couldn’t justify that much for something that one day would need repair.
Mud Bug Pavers out of Hammond isn’t the cheapest but the wall they build isn’t going anywhere. Price depends on which style of block you use l, but quality of work and customer service is great.

870ish a load for tri-axle. I would call general sand/gravel on Greenwell Springs.
