Well supposedly this history was known by the hiring party but his hiring was pushed by the parish. Again, SUPPOSEDLY. Gotta love small town politics if true.

When you are good friends with the parish President, let's just say strings get pulled. Why do you think this has taken so long to surface? Dude steeped down in like October-November. And then fell right into a cushy plant job with no prior experience.

And there are people above him that don't care about Plaquemine. The person that hired him could have potentially put his job on the line in doing so.
Seems like an HR nightmare and when it comes down to it I doubt the CEO of that company gives two shits about Plaquemine politics.

Maybe there are hidden files on the phone but it was my understanding that the Cell Phone Providers only kept actual texts for a week or so. Maybe Apple is different with the Imessage.
