Anyone see the girl laying across a car hood on Jefferson Tuesday afternoon?

On Jefferson by Tremonti's. A guy pulls out of Parkforest with a girl on his hood. Parks in the center turn lane and doesn't move. She didn't get off the hood. Just layed there yelling. Traffic started backing up. It was around 4:30.
