Parents bought me in high school a 1997 Toyota 4Runner for 6K, had 225K miles on it. Then two years later we sold it for 7K with 275K miles. During those two years though, we had to replace the muffler, each wheel bearing, and fix a brake issues. Other than that, great vehicle and ended up making money off of it in the end.

Currently 179k on a 2004 4Runner. Needs a new O2 sensor that I've been delaying doing, but plan to drive it for at least another two years and re-evaluate then whether I want to keep going.

2002 RSX-S had 250k on it.
2000 Odyssey had 286k on it.
1995 Accord had 266k on it.
2010 Prius had 185k on it.
Etc.
Odyssey needed a new transmission. No other major repairs to any of them.
Key is Honda and Toyota.

I put 250k miles on a 2012 VW Passat TDi, very little issues but VW has bought it back and is no longer selling diesel cars

I had 276K on my Ford Fusion.
Never had an issue with it, and I finally wore down wheel bearings. That happened around 200K miles.
It was a great car.

My dad gave me his 96 Chevy Cheyenne when I was in high school. When I sold it a few years later it had 175k.
Only thing I ever had to replace was a fuel pump and a couple of clutch plates.
Yeah I learned to drive using a standard transmission like a boss.

130k on a 2005 F-150 with the 5.4L
Both front power windows regulators broke, driver passenger window switch went out, replaced several ignition coils, 2 throttle bodies, and cam phasers made a ticking sound which I never got fixed. The driver seat got a hole in it. Biggest piece of crap I've ever owned.

My first car was a 1972 Olds Cutlass Supreme. It already had 100K on it, and the engine had been replaced. I put another 100K on it.
In 1995, I bought a 1972 Ford LTD. Beautiful car, had 57K on it. I put another 100K on that big red beast.

I kept a few vehicles beyond 100,000 miles.
1993 Chevrolet K2500 4x4
Totaled at ~275,000 miles.
Replaced the the A/C. Replaced the front brakes a couple of times. Needed new paint job.
2007 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4
traded with 185,000 miles
No problems.
2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer
traded with 160,000 miles
No problems.
2003 Ford F-150
Traded it with 120,000
Lots of minor problems including a couple of alternators, front brakes, power windows, etc.
Both of my vehicles now have less than 75,000 miles. Just barely broken in. Cars last a long time these days. My brother's Toyota 4Runner has about 130,000 miles and it's been a very good vehicle for him.

I have a Tacoma with 180k, no issues at all really
and a e150 with 255k, also runs like a top.
Maintenance is key with high mileage engines.
