I'm an evangelical and Jesus Christ Superstar is amazing. I think John Legend sucks, so I have no interest in seeing this with him playing Jesus but the actual musical is great.

I don't think he's objectively bad as a musician I just personally don't like him. My saying he "sucks" was a bad word choice and his politics have nothing to do with it. Before this thread I didn't even know that he was particularly liberal. I couldn't care less about someone's personal beliefs as long as they make good music/movies/books.
