They look pretty nice, and they are the official watch of the NBA. Thinking about picking one up

I have a Tissot everytime. It's a lightweight, minimalist watch which is what I was looking for.

They make a lot of "sports" watches. I have one of their MotoGP watches. It won't be an heirloom, but it's a nice piece.

Nice entry-level Swiss watches. This time of year they are an excellent value, especially the ones with the Powermatic 80 movement. You should be able to get most of the catalog for 60% off or better. Getting a 80 hour power reserve automatic movement for under $300 is a deal.
