Thinking of getting one. There is no better dog for home protection.

I have a customer on Jackson who has two. Huge dogs. Insanely large.

I know a guy from South Africa whose parents breed them.

Bidness there is booming.

I really like all of the mastiffs, but the trouble with them is that they only live about ten years...and I am not really ready to put a dog down that frequently.

My new neighbor has. 4 month old great Dane and she said that they only live around 8 years. I'm with you, that's just too soon to lose a dog.

Beautiful dog though. At 4mos his paws are as big as my hands. Hw does look out of proportion with his long tail, big paws, and ears that aren't standing up.

My last Lab was a cpl weeks shy of 14 when I had to put her down and that was too soon.

Yes, but I am guessing you have little hands...

Like Great Danes have a fairly short life expectancy all things considered.

I don't because I'm secure about my manhood. I don't need a big dog or big truck to make up for a small penis.

We had a Great Pyrenees. Who died a little over a year ago. She was about 12.

The bad part with big dogs is their life span/health problems. We had to put her down because she got arthritis so bad she could not longer stand. She was otherwise perfectly healthy.

It sucked a lot.

I've known two people with boerboels... Both guys said they are very territorial and not good dogs if you have neighbors close by or like to have friends over.but, I guess if you live in the ghetto, probably a good dog to have.

Actually, and surprisingly I do not. I think it is because my liver and I broke up years ago...

Stay on topic please...Lil' Miss Nancy Hands.
