"liberal arts' does not mean leftist liberal. Hillsdale is a good example.

Millsaps was the ONLY college that recruited me to play football at.

I used to have the letter from their head coach (unfortunately lost in Hurricane Katrina).

I have nothing bad to say about that fine Protestant school.

FYI, I ended up goingt to Loyola instead.

Idk about that. Spring Hill is pretty liberal, I know some people that went and came back full on SJW

That's believable.

And it's orgies. Maybe Millsaps could help you with the English language.

I met a dude a couple weeks ago that went there. He said it's pretty liberal, but he's a maga guy and made it through alright. Good dude.

If you don't want a child exposed to far left individuals then trade school is about the best option.

Small Southern liberal arts colleges offer some of the most well-rounded educations available partly because you are required to take a very diverse curriculum to graduate. IMO they do a really good job for people planning on going to grad school. Most of the good ones will have excellent relationships with top-level med and law schools for example.

Rhodes, Suwanee, Wofford, Furman, Washington and Lee, South Western, Hollins and University of Richmond are all good examples.

The location of Millsaps is about as abysmal as could be imagined.

There are much better college choices.

Downtown Jackson has all the charm of Phnom Penh during Pol Pot.

It’s remarkable that a blind country singer even founded a college.

I drive past Millsaps all the time. At night, it is always dark. Once or twice I thought I heard a moan.

Now I know why....

Orgys? Sure.

Look into Spring Hill, Sewanee, Hampden Sydney, Washington & Lee, Vanderbilt, College of Charleston etc

Lol. After hearing op rant on libs I doubt his son is smart enough to get into any of these schools.

When you tell people you received a liberal arts degree they all think you studied gender studies or some other nonsense. A lot of people go to college, but few seem to get a education.

I have a friend with a “liberal arts” degree in Sociology from W&L and was recruited to work for Goldman Sachs. This thread is full of a bunch of welders and southeastern grads.

Millsaps isn't sonsidered to be in Downtown Jackson, though the area it is in is only minimally safer. Its basically in the Bellhaven neighborhood which was formerly a very nice neighborhood.

More end up managing an Auto Zone than at GS though.

Schools like W & L, Williams, and others can lead to impressive job placement (even with liberal arts degree). I don't think millsaps has the same success. Most of the really successful people I know who went to millsaps continued on to Law school or Med school.
