One nola chef opines it’s climate change!!!!
Does he not understand that they had epic amount of snow melt up north?
And last I recall, politicians decided to flood the delta, not Mother Nature.

No one can really get them regularly.
I've had several restaurants in the past two weeks, popular restaurants, tell me they can't get them and won't have them for at least a month.
