I've done work for both these builders back in the day. Both are scumbags. It was a glorious day when fussell was on the news. I have a friend who let provident build his house and the craftsmanship was

I'm thinking about buying a DSL home in some white trash area of semi-rural Louisiana. I'm tired of my custom home in the big city and want to go all in on a spec home in a neighborhood that has no sidewalks.
My question , should I upgrade to the super expensive 10 year shingle, or stick to the standard ones? And should I request they provide me a driveway that doesn't have a 177 distinct concrete cracks? And should I stick with their high-end finishes? Those $79 dollar ceiling fans intimidate me.

Fussell had to have screwed the pooch repeatedly and/or pissed off someone on the licensing board to lose his license and have actions like this against him. No one could have been a bigger criminal and incompetent than the MF I mistakenly hired. The board's investigator found more than enough evidence to bury him, yet all it took was his momma the realtor to bail Junior's arse out. Of the many crooked groups I've dealt with in this state, they took the cake.
