Great location. Access to 1-10 and 1-12 , Airline Hwy, Jefferson etc. Makes life much easier.

I just checked and you’re pretty close to the St George border.

I think it’s on the good side though.

He asked if it was a good neighborhood. Not if it was in the proposed St. George.

As someone that supports St.G but lives in BR proper, there are still plenty of great neighborhoods to raise a family that won’t be in the newly formed St. George.

I live across the street in Westminster Pine Park. Area is great. Actually had to drop something off in Berkley today at a co workers house.
