We had a Scout member whos dad was a former SAS member......the single nicest and unassuming guy you have ever met. That said, he was in perfect shape and there was zero doubt he couldn't handle himself in the wild.

I've run a few missions with SAS. Scaled an icy mountain or two and raided a secluded base for intel. Barely got away on a snow mobile to my evac site.

I know plenty in the various forces. It takes a certain kind of person to be able to become a ranger, green beret, seal, etc. No way in hell I'd be able to do it.

Apparently their deployments have been very boring
Both speak a couple languages though so that’s cool, and both intend on going FBI or CIA route
