It's a story as old as naval warfare. A man spends some time on a boat with other super hot men and learns things about himself. Just try to be strong and understanding

My parents took in one of my troubled cousins when he was 19 to try and keep him out of jail. Dad caught him sneaking around and drinking one night (he was on probabtion and couldn't drink) and confronted him, my cousin took a swing and the old man took him to the ground, pinned him, removed his belt, and whipped his arse with his own belt. I was about 12 when this happened, I ain't frickin with the old man!!!!

Never had any reason to anyway.

One day when I finally figure out and get to meet my father, I plan on whipping his arse.

I was a punk arse 17 year old.. Came home from school.. Dad was in the recliner.. I'm pretty sure I had gotten in trouble at school that day. He said something to me, I said "kiss my arse".. Walked into my room and shut my door.

I heard the recliner slam down, and I instantly knew shite was about to get real. I stood there with my set up.

He stormed in the room and before I could throw a punch, he had me by my throat, about 6 inches off the ground, and against the wall. shite was as quick as lightning.

It left two heel prints in the drywall from where he choked slammed me against the wall.

Never again.

Got in one major fight with my son when he was about 18. He got very aggressive talking to his mother. I threw his arse through a fence. Never happened again.

Came home after practice in highschool (17yo) to find out the night before my step father was drunk and had been abusing my mother verbally more than physically...I come from a great middle class family with no drug issues and both parents in the education system...made sure he was sober so he could understand me, I called his best friend over to the house so we could have a somewhat neutral adult person in the room to talk. He is 6'4" played ball at McNesse, Im 5'9" 190 on a good day. Conversation started ok at first I was trying to be mature about it. I told him that this will never happen again in anyway or I'd lose my life making sure his was miserable. He said the majic words that made me completely lose my mind and for the most part black out for the next few moments in rage. (never thought this was possible always called bullshite on a blackout before it happened to me). He in his aggressive scruffy voice said "what are you gonna do about it"!! I too this day do not know exactly what i did... I remember lunging forward and then i'm sitting on my dirveway curb crying as they pulled him away in an ambulance. His best friend that was there claims there was not a thing he could do to slow me down much less stop me...best friend claimed he kicked me several times, attempted to tackle me off of him and even hit me across the back with a board which broke...explains upper back pain and bruising for the next week. I to this day have zero recollection of that span of my life. Have never been in a fight since nor had that level of rage...completely unexplainable, the mind and body is extremely powerful don't underestimate it.

I came close. once.

I was 17 and we were arguing over my girlfriend, who was 20. Long story short, he was right, I was wrong. She was a pos. Didn't stop me from bowing up. I started the swing then put it through the wall next to him instead. I have no doubt I could have taken him. I was quite a bit faster and stronger. Just glad I didn't try.

That being said, he has always said "old men don't fight fair", as a warning, and he isn't the only one I've heard say that.

My question is, who said young men do?

My dad couldn't kick his own arse if he tried. I'd just be a bully if I beat him up
