If you blew might as well do pretrial or hire a good lawyer. If you didn't blow, then hire a good lawyer. Pretrial sucks but it beats the alternative although it's expensive. At the end of the day it's a charge and not a conviction. With pretrial and lawyer I probably spent 7500$ if not less than that.
