Wow. Sorry to hear that.. I am just glad that I never hit anyone or anything like that.... Another reason I quit drinking..Its just NOT worth it. And IMO anyone over the age of say 22 should know better than to even put themselves in that position....

Why is a stiff penalty for drinking and driving retarded? It needs to be prevented, and yes, I have lost close family members to drunk drivers, as well as almost myself not long ago.

Would you give the same sentence to someone that had a bottle of Jack as did a person of the same size, age, and weight a bottle of beer or two?
