Friend of a friend went to the 2003 National Championship for 2 $100 bills when tickets were over a thousand. Superdome had two layers of security: the first person checked to make sure you just had a ticket to go up the ramp, second one scanned your ticket at the door. He gave each a $100 bill and waltzed in.

Not sure if that counts as "sneaking" or "bribing minimum wage New Orleans security workers."

The only time I've done it is sneaking into expensive LSU games with a friend who played on the team: going through the weight room, and sitting in the recruit seats. I couldn't believe Cameron Vaughn was having to do the same thing . One game was the beat down delivered by Darren McFadden & Felix Jones the day after Thanksgiving. Being on the front row and feeling McFadden truck his way into the endzone was truly awful. This was the game we all thought blew any chance at the National Championship.

I snuck a friend into the '07 Florida game. They still tore tickets then and I ran in immediately when the gates opened and they didn't tear my ticket. Met my friend at the gate and they let me give him the ticket, assuming I was holding it for him.

Snuck into the UGA game in Athens in '04. Wasn't worth watching that arse whipping though.

Snuck into many bball games and a few football games by giving ticket to friend, or he giving it to me after its already been scanned. It still scans as good if you go to a different scanner. Not sure if you can still do that.

Snuck in so many concerts when I was young and poor it was ridiculous. Sporting events not so much. Ive bought cheap seats to major sporting events then check stubhub to see what good seats are available at start of game and make my way down. The trick is to always look like you know where you are going, have concessions in your hands, and be on the phone talking to someone in an aggressive manner. They will never stop you.

Went to little rock in 02 for the sold out lsu/ark game with my dad, brother and son and no tickets.

Finally bought from someone who only had 3 tickets so I bought them.. Walked up to the gate holding my son and handed the guy the three tickets as I moved past him.

Set little cad down (hidden by the crowd) as the guy turned back towards me holding the 3 stubs with a questioning look.

Pointed at my dad and brother still outside the gate and he waved them through.

Made it to seats before kickoff.

If you bought 3 tickets for 3 adults, how did you "sneak" in? You can bring kids to games for free in most stadiums until around 6 years old or so.

Thought everyone needed a ticket due to seating? He was 6 at the time.

Does LSU let kids in free?

Snuck into Georgia LSU game in 2009 using a ticket from the prior week. This was before scanners and they didn't check to see what game it was to. Thank god I left early because it was getting awkward not having a seat. An absolute abortion by the refs.

I know the Superdome doesn't require tickets for age 6 and under for Saints games. If you can carry the child in most college stadiums I've attended, no ticket is required.

A little closer to home is the story of the guy who showed up in Ref uniform for the LSU-Ole Miss game. He ended up running down the field as a ref and signaling touchdown on the Billy Cannon run. That's pretty cool.
