It's fricking gross and terrible. My son has it now.

Did you get it and show the signs? I've read that most adults don't show the symptoms if they contract it.

Just curious I suppose.

My Dad gave me that quite a bit as a kid.

Took me a while to figure out why I kept catching it.

It's a viral infection that causes blisters all over his mouth, hands, feet, and b hole.

It basically looks like he has super herpes.

2 of my 3 got it at some point. It goes away quickly.

Neither me or my wife picked it, or at least we didn't show signs. I think it's a one and done virus, so I'm guessing we both got it at some point as kids.

The mouth sores can be quite painful, which prevents little ones from eating and drinking. This can lead to dehydration, so watch your kiddos water intake

My son had it last year, but it was pretty mild. My wife got it from him and had some gross spots on her hands for a few days.

The worst part was that his daycare made him stay out for 4 days which is ridiculous. Kids are infectious before they even show the rash and the evidence shows that keeping kids out of daycare for it doesn't stop the spread.

That's where we are now. We cannot take him back till the blisters on his mouth and hands scab over.

My daughter has had it a couple of times. It can be pretty nasty but usually goes away within a few days.

Both of our twins got it at the same time. They were miserable. We didn't get it as adults

We had an outbreak last year at my toddler’s preschool. She dodged the bullet thankfully but her bestie wasn’t so fortunate.

It is absolutely miserable, I feel for your little guy, hope he gets well quick.

One of mine got it but it was a long time ago and I don't remember it being a big deal.

this thread brings back memories. I got it twice when I was pretty young. I remember the mouth sores being just awful. The bumps on my feet didn't bother me too much. Seemed like it all lasted about a week.

I caught it last year after my 10 year old got it...as stated, not painful, but the most itchy thing I've ever experienced for about 48 hours. (I had huge puss blisters everywhere, but it was by far most itchy on my calves and feet)
