No kids here.
I slept in this morning.
Worked out this morning.
Ate a family meal that I didn't have to cook.
Now enjoying a drink.
Probably gonna hit a bar later.
Life is good.

Mine are about a year and 3 months apart. It’s a really good spread.

We have two sets. The first came 18 months apart and then there was an 8 year gap and two more right at 2 years apart. It isn't bad. You are still in diaper mode when the second comes. The hardest for me was reengaging into baby mode after the long gap. They also have each other to play with. If they get along ok it helps a lot in keeping them occupied. Congrats man!

I have a 4, 3, and 1 year old. It has it challenges, especially early on but once you get into a routine and figure everything out, it is not bad at all. I am ready for my 1 year old to sleep through the night and talk but overall it is good.

I do think they key is to be in a good spot financially as well. You don’t have to be OT rich but you have to be able to afford things like good daycare or be able to have a spouse who stays home.

most siblings close in age bond much better then those years apart, plus its best to get all the worst years done all at once then spread it out over the years so its a constant torture

I know a girl who had twins, got pregnant 9 months later and got twins again. No invitro or hormone therapy and twins don’t run in either family.

We had four in four years. Now 18,17,16 and 14. It is good in that they are close and always have someone to play with and talk to. I would not have it any other way. Would have a couple more but the last one did not want to sleep. Hang in there. First couple years will be rough financially and not much sleep either. But your kids are one of the biggest blessings and definitely the most fun you will have in life.

I have 2 that are 1.5 years apart. 6 and 7 now. It's fun but they pretty much fight like Ali vs Frazier all day.

Got pregnant 1st try after waiting the 6 weeks. They are 11 and 12 now. The Irish twins were great between 2 and 10, but I essentially have 3 teenagers right now and it’s worse than ever

When you’re 78 years old, and sitting alone in a retirement home, without kids you’ll think about what you’ve just posted right here.

Twins when my oldest was 3. Get a nice grill (you won’t be eating out). Alcohol and weed help. It gets better when they can wipe their own arse and bath themselves.
