Was informed that I tested positive today, I'm 26 and in decent health so it should just be a nice vacation at home for me.

For any who have had it and lost taste/smell, how quick did you get it back? Not being able to taste food is really getting old.

My sister in law wasn’t feeling well on Sunday — not sure how not well but she tested positive. I texted Monday and she said she felt much better and today she told my husband that really she just didn’t have all of her taste back.

I mean that doesn’t sound all that bad??

Last Wednesday was when I first started feeling rough, didn't really associate it with COVID till I lost taste/smell Saturday. Otherwise just been really fatigued, headaches here and there, sore throat, some muscle aches.

I feel good enough that I could go to work but bad enough that I'm glad I dont have to.

Just tired as crap mostly, I'm probably sleeping like 15 hours a day combined. Usually 10 or so hours at night and a nap during the day.

My SIL had it, felt like crap for a few days, fine now. Same with my cousin. OTOH I'm familiar with a couple of people, relatively young, relatively healthy, who are having a bad time of it. One is in ICU with his kidneys shut down.

I tested positive back at the beginning of July but thankfully never lost my sense of taste or smell. My main symptoms were nasal congestion with body aches. That lasted for about a week and a half. I was tired as hell like you too. I still don't have my stamina back to what it was before getting sick.

The weird thing is I have no taste/smell but also no nasal congestion, thats what made me decide to get tested.

I thought I just had a sinus infection. I didn't expect to be positive for Covid. The doctor I saw wasn't even going to test me for it initially but decided in the last minute to do it just as a precaution.

Had it in April. Lost taste fore about 48 hours. Lost smell for not 4 days. Night time it felt like I was out of breath just laying there. Wife lost taste and smell for almost a week and was out of breath all the time.

My wife, was asymptomatic and we were both in quarantine for 14 days and I somehow tested negative and showed no antibodies.
