Last time I went there was during the Hurricane Ike cleanup. We were working a 13/1 schedule, so basically every other Sunday was our off day. After a couple months of that, I was needing some relief, so I went to Sports Clip—the only place I could find open on a Sunday.
Place was packed, and the stylists were complaining vociferously about having to do the hair wash and massage thing for their customers.
Seemed to me like that would be the best way to get a decent tip, so I was perplexed. Regardless, I just got my (shitty) haircut and got outta there.
