Pouledeau gumbo. Sweet potato’s. Dirty rice. Cornbread muffins. Whiskey,tea,milk and coffee. Pecan pie.

We do the traditional stuff but I've also smoked a prime rib the last couple years. It's been a hit.

Non-traditional is a dirty word in my family. I had to lobby for weeks to get them to let me fry the turkey this year. I’m very much looking forward to that, which will actually taste good, over the traditional national lampoons Christmas vacation turkey that someone usually shows up with.

Yep that’s what we do. Normal turkey and sides at thanksgiving. Then something different each year at Christmas

We do a turkey with all the trimmings, but I also cook crawfish bisque.

We do a ribeye roast ever other year, then do different variations of turkey.

At work, we're having steaks, green beans, and full potatoes. It's a menu for around 15 and the cooks will have to work when they are able to break free.

Whatever is left overs in the frig is what I will eat tomorrow. Skipping TG all together tomorrow with the family. Just not up to it.
