Anyone ever deal with a closeted gay?

Look. I’m not gonna blame the guy if he doesn’t want to go that route, but the constant charade of convincing everyone he is attracted to women is obnoxious. This guy seriously talks like a teen in puberty at the office. Talking about cup sizes, and joking that he hopes women are bisexual. It is painfully cringey. Everyone in the office is constantly glancing looks at the absurdity. I am about two seconds from telling the dude I know he’s gay. But I don’t want to have a grown man crying.

I have a buddy that is still closeted, even though we all know he is gay.
He once came on to another friend of ours during a camping trip (he was drunk). He currently has an obviously gay "roommate". We all know he is gay. None of us care.
But he was raised in a very religious household and I think he is just too scared to come out for fear that his parents will disown him.
It's sad, honestly.

I've seen a couple guys like that. Their shtick is so over the top, but it's painfully obvious what team they play for. At a former company, a guy we all suspected of being gay used to walk into our working area every now and again. Out of nowhere, he'd just drop, "Boy do I loveeeeeeee pussy."
