My cousin and I are looking at one for a camp, but they won’t let you go look at it. Just worried about getting stuck with something that’s in bad shape.

If they won't let you go look at it you should take that as a sign that you don't want it.

Repo mobile homes are usually in very poor condition. Water damage to particle board subfloors in bathrooms and kitchens. The metal roofs on single wides leak. The windows also leak causing wall and subfloor damage. Good deals can be had but no way I would buy one without an inspection.

Buy a steel shipping container on the cheap and convert it.
They are vermin proof.
You don't want a shitty mobile home as a camp.
I knew a guy years ago who bought a mobile home junker for a camp. It started disassembling in transport so they had to stop the delivery.

My brother bought a single-wide FEMA trailer after Katrina that had never been used. With delivery and set up, it cost him less than $10k. He and his family lived in it while building a house. He sold it for a nice profit after the house was finished.

Rv's and house trailers are built with the cheapest particle board possible. How they can ethically sell them with a 15 year mortgage with a 8 year life is beyond me.
