Maybe it's the Mercedes, the Rover, multiple boats, different woman weekly, living in a castle,.. etc, that keeps my "regrets" at bay.
In reality you probably live in a studio apartment and drive a 12 yr old Civic

If that's actually the case, you should have kids. If you're lying about that, then you shouldn't.

Fair warning. Having kids at 30 sucks.
Having kids at 35 sucks worse.
I did both. Love my kids but we should have done this mid-20s at the latest. Getting old sucks. Getting old and losing sleep sucks royally. Damn the advice about having kids when older. The human body doesn't work that way. We're fertile in our early teens for a reason.

I tend to disagree. If you're on the fence, go for it.
Did you read what he said? If they are on the fence and struggling with it, they should travel, become more financially stable and make the decision then. Don't force yourself into a decision like that at 28 when there are other things you want to do that you are not on the fence about....

That's why you have kids with a 22 year old when you're 34

You have time before you make the decision. We didnt have our first until we were 33. Were both 36 now with a 3 year old and an 8 month old. Take the next couple years to travel and enjoy yourselves before you have kids.

Luckily I married younger so I have plenty of time to make that decision.

How does her 22 year old body help my 34 year old one in the middle of the night when Jr. is screaming his head off?

If you're on the fence just let nature take its course. Don't try either way.
Time for yourself personally? You'll get bored. Professionally? Work should be a means of paying the bills, nothing more. Most important thing is that it's something you enjoy doing.
Travel now. Or when you're retired and empty nesters.

If you’re struggling with it....Don’t do it
There are people out there that disagree with this statement.

It's definitely a young person's game.
My first niece was a lot easier to babysit than my nephew.

Go ahead and at least get tested to make sure there are no hidden fertility issues for either one of you.
Will help you to determine how much more time you have before you start trying to conceive.

I did it two months before we got married. Hopefully my grandparents never did the math.
