I, like most here, was super excited to wake up to snow. It was great to watch my kids play in it, and cool to experience, but now I’m ready for this shite to blow through. With the amount of water on the roads I saw today, there is going to be ice everywhere if we get 8+ hours below freezing like they think. Cabin fever set in pretty quick today and if I’m stuck here all day again I may loose my mind.

No, because I remember July and August and I’m enjoying this weather.

You definitely didn’t get the true fill of this, until you travel from Welsh to New Orleans through it all. It was worth it though, your Snow Bowl State Champions are the Welsh Greyhounds!

I wouldn't want to deal with snow for 5-6 months per year like some areas of the country do

I like to be home, but I don’t like to be stuck at home and that’s how i felt today. I could have got out but i knew it was best to avoid driving if it wasn’t compeltly necessary. I knew at some point the power would go out too which it did. But the snow is/was pretty.

You didn't leave the house today? Driving around in a warm vehicle with heated seats is the best way to enjoy snow.

It didn’t even hardly snow where I was and I’m already over it just because I got half way to where I wanted to go and hit a road block. Now I’m stuck until the morning to be able to get where I want to go.

We were about out of food, I think this was part of it. I planned on being at the camp this weekend and my wife(no pics) and kids would have hung out at my MILs and ate up all their food. I did get out and go to the grocery store for about an hour after the snow stopped.

Yes. I went to a 7:25 showing for a movie and they were turning customers away because they were closed.

Stop complaining and drink whiskey and enjoy. My sonhad the best time throwing snow balls at me while I drank high balls. I’d take this at least twice a month in winter months

This is why when you look at lists of the cities/countries with the highest alcohol consumption rates, they’re always like Fargo and Belarus type places
